Where is my order?
Delivery information will be sent to you directly from your chosen delivery provider as soon as your parcel is on its way. There you’ll find details about your delivery and how to track your package.
If you choose mailbox delivery, and the parcel doesn’t fit in your mailbox, it will be left outside your door or delivered to the nearest pick-up point. If your order is sent to a service point, you will receive a notification once it is ready for collection. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible after it has been placed.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is an approximation and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of IDEAL OF SWEDEN and its delivery partners. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical issues, or customs delays. Delivery times may also be longer than usual during promotional periods.
Parcels are normally not shipped on weekends or local public holidays.
If more than 14 days (or 25 days for countries outside Europe) have passed since your order was placed and you still haven’t received it, please contact us via the chat in the bottom-right corner.
